Paul is a multi–award-winning and nominated (BAFTA, Grierson, RTS) producer, director and writer in television, film, commercials and brand entertainment. His films have been shown on Netflix, BBC, C4 and around the world including 'Secret History of Our Streets'; 'This Is A True Story,' 'Message Home: Lost Films of The British Army'; 'Seven Days In Summer: Countdown to Partition' and 'Meet the Trumps'.

WILL ROBSON

Creative Director

Will has worked in TV development for over a decade at indies including Studio Lambert, Dragonfly and BBC Studios. He has since gone on to develop shows as diverse as the BAFTA–nominated 'The Plane Crash', Grierson Award–nominated 'The Burrowers: Animals Underground' as well as 'Inside Birmingham Children’s Hospital'.  His production credits include 'Terror at Sea: The Sinking of the Concordia' and 'Manchester’s Serial Killer'.

YASMIN HAI

Head of Factual

Yasmin Hai is an author, broadcaster and television producer. She has written columns and articles for the Guardian and Sunday Times and made documentaries for Channel 4 and the BBC. Her television work includes 'The Hunger Business', an investigation into the abuse of aid; 'An Indian Affair', a revisionist history series about the British Empire and 'The True Face of War', presented by Jon Snow.​She has also published a memoir, 'The Making of Mr Hai’s Daughter'. (Virago), which was serialised in the Daily Mail and broadcast on the BBC as part of Radio 4’s 'Book of the Week' strand. Yasmin has presented and produced shows for BBC Radio 4.
